HMRC Registrations

Once your company is formed, there are several critical tax registrations that need to be completed with HMRC. We’ll take care of all of them for you.

Corporation Tax Registration: Every limited company must register for corporation tax within 3 months of starting business. We’ll do this on your behalf.
PAYE Scheme Registration: If you plan to pay yourself or any employees a salary, we’ll set up your Pay As You Earn (PAYE) scheme and advise on payroll requirements.
VAT Registration: If your turnover is expected to exceed the threshold (or you want to register voluntarily), we’ll get your VAT number issued and advise on the best VAT scheme (standard, flat rate, etc.)
Government Gateway & UTR Setup: We’ll create your business tax account with HMRC, activate your Government Gateway, and ensure your UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) is properly assigned.
